ABOUT
ME

As an Intuitive Coach, I am deeply passionate about inspiring and empowering others to achieve their full potential. I am a meditation teacher, life coach, and serial entrepreneur, currently residing in the vibrant Triangle area of North Carolina.

 

My journey into mindfulness began during my teenage years in my native Uzbekistan, where I struggled with depression. It was there that I started exploring various meditation techniques and spiritual philosophies, which ultimately transformed my relationship with mindfulness. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my meditation practice through Osho meditation training in Kundalini and Dynamic meditations, Qigong and Taoist alchemy studies under the guidance of Mantak Chia and Michael Winn, and learning from Sufi Masters in the US, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. My dedication to personal growth extends to martial arts as well, holding a black belt in Aikido and practicing Tai Chi and Jiu Jitsu.

 

My transition into becoming a mindfulness teacher and life coach is a testament to the profound impact this journey has had on my mental and physical well-being, alignment with my true values, and sense of purpose and conviction in life.

As a transformational coach, I have led numerous Leadership Training sessions and helped countless individuals attain success in various aspects of their lives. My expertise as a relationship master has enabled me to teach others the power of networking and building genuine friendships for success.

Outside of coaching and meditation, I am deeply involved in an international nonprofit organization focused on educational, social, and economic development programs in Central Asia and beyond. Our current project is the construction of a Women's University in Central Asia. With a history of building and managing successful small enterprises, I am now working on startups in the fintech and educational blockchain industries.

 

Living by the principles and values I teach is of utmost importance to me. I am blessed with a loving family, consisting of my wife and our two boys and a girl.
